Gateway 2011
On September 10, 2011, IPMS-Gateway in St. Louis held their annual contest and swap meet. Once again, Tony Kirk hosted at his place of business, Hitter's Choice Cages. While I was really quite busy during the show, it sounded, from all reports that everyone had a good time.
There were 47 modellers who brought 192 builds to participate in the contest. There were a smattering of display only builds as well. Twenty-five vendors were present to make sure that no one left with any cash in their pockets, but plenty of plastic to dream about building. We would like to send a heart-felt thanks to all the vendors and sponsors who make this possible for our club from year to year!

As usual, all pictures were taken by Doug Barton. Any complaints about quality are probably legit and entirely my fault. I tried using more flash this year, as I have had trouble with motion at the last several shows. Didn't work so great. Oh well, here they are.
