This year's Nationals were held in Anaheim, California. This is your webmaster's second experience with Nationals. It really was a fantastic showing. There were just over 700 contestants bringing about 2100 builds of wonderful quality. The vendor's room was packed with vendors and shoppers. Lots of new stuff announced (though I don't usually keep track of it). I think Eduard Bf-110 was the big hit this year. There were some problems with registration and the awards ceremony, but I've discovered that even the best laid plans tend to back-fire when computers are involved. Doesn't seem to matter how well you plan. The seminars were good. The facility was very nice. I would have prefered to park for a little less. But, overall, a very nice showing! Over the next many pages, you will find over 1000 photos of the contest room. The pics are of varying quality. I apologize. I learned some things about shutter speed, flash and aperature on this trip that I was trying out. I had no tripod, and even if I did, there were too many to photograph to set up a tripod at each one. Unfortunately, since I left Saturday morning, and judged Friday evening, many of the late entries did not get represented here. You can find lots of other photos at the IPMS-USA site, as well as several other private sites, that may include some of those late entries. I think you'll find, though, that this is the most comprehensive collection of pictures so far posted. As always, thanks for looking! It's your interest that keeps me motivated!
