Vendor tables are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Priority will be given to those vendors who pay two weeks prior to the Gateway show event or sooner. 

 

Cancellations:  Vendors may cancel and receive a refund if the cancellation is made four weeks or more prior to the show event.  Cancellations made less than four weeks from the show date are non-refundable.

 

All vendor registration forms may be mailed to Gateway Chapter IPMS, 3837 Scarlet Oak Dr., House Springs, MO. 63051.

Notification of cancellation may be made by phone to 636-677-5093 or in writing to Gateway Chapter IPMS 3837 Scarlet Oak Dr., House Springs, MO. 63051.
