Special Theme- Remembering 9/11
This theme includes ANY build with relevance to the Sept. 11, 2001 catastrophe at the World Trade Towers. First responders, vehicles used, aircraft involved either in the collision or in responding to the collision or threat, or memorials regarding the event. Entries will be judged according to IPMS standards whether individual models or dioramas.
